Great news!! As of Monday 29th March we are allowed to play again. Naturally we are subject to rules so here is a reminder of what we know:
PAVILION & LOOS
Please remember that unless there is a specific tournament or organised event, the loos are not in use.
BOOKING COURTS
Please remember that you can only play if you have booked a court. Please use the online booking system.
Please can you also remember to cancel your booking if you cannot play so that others can use the courts.
SOCIAL DISTANCING please keep it up
LTA UPDATE – please follow the link. They have a very useful summary grid for tennis activity which we have also attached to this email. (note for the most recent version always go to the LTA site)
GUIDELINES WHEN COMING TO PLAY TENNIS
As usual, if you don’t feel well, please don’t play.
Before you go to the courts please:
1. Book a court using the online booking system – or contact Richard Hopp for coaching
2. ONLY go to/use the courts if you have booked.
3. There will be hand sanitiser at the courts so no excuses not to use it.
4. Wash your hands before leaving home and afterwards
And afterwards:
1. If, after you have played, you should develop symptoms of COVID-19 you should follow the Government’s ‘test and trace’ guidelines,
2. If you are the last to leave the courts, please lock the gate using the padlock.
3. Please also give us some feedback by emailing admin@graffhamtennis.
And Finally
1. Everyone has been really good at following the Covid guidance throughout the last re-opening in 2020 and we need everyone to continue to be sensible about it so that we can remain open.
2. Please do continue to keep yourself informed by reading and respecting the guidelines.
