The Graffham Run(or walk if you prefer) is next Saturday 23rd September at 10am at the Graffham Recreation Ground- all welcome.

This will be a lovely new event for the village and one that everyone can get involved with. There will be a 5km and 10km run up to Seaford and back down Norwood Lane to the recreational ground and a junior fun run around the ground itself.
The point of the event is to raise funds for Graffham and Duncton schools who find themselves in a harsh financial climate at the moment. The costs of putting on the event have been covered by some generous sponsorship which means that every penny we can raise on the day will go directly to the schools.
Participation can take a number of forms, not just running! and we’d really welcome everyones support. Walkers are very welcome too, you don’t have to run (although no 4 legged friends please!). Alternatively, it would be great to have people come along and cheer on the runners/walkers along the route and come and watch at the recreational ground. All this can be done whilst holding a hotdog and a mug of tea or coffee and the bar will be open serving drinks too!
